Great idea! I’m use to making it one great big pot in layers. It a New England kind of thing. If you like a little spice you can add fresh crushed 🌶 to it. Here’s how you make it . We grind some adobe peppers with a bit of habanero peppers add salt to mixture .you can use any kind of peppers but I do these.. place it in a jar with oil on top to preserve it . Put it in the frigid use it when you want spice.I do love that idea of individual bags.👍

The seafood Boil was done wrong. Just out everything in the Bag on a platter inside the oven and that's it. Done. She did so many extra steps that didn't need to be done.
