THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WATCHING!!! Please remember to take life ONE STITCH AT A TIME ❤️
The loft is looking more like a home. Glad the move forced you to slow down and enjoy your days. Love spending time with you.
Thank you!! I’m having such a fun time setting up our little place. Thank you so much for watching!!
Thanks for the tour, Joyce! The white walls are a perfect backdrop for your colorful things. Now, to finish watching.💗
Thank you so much Robin!!! Of course you know I plan to collect more color. Haha. I’m on the hunt for framed needle work for the walls.
I love your personality and style so much! I enjoy seeing your "lifestyle" content and hearing about what you have going on at the moment. 💕
Thank you so much!! I’m glad you enjoy it. Thanks for watching!!!!
I loved seeing what you've done to make this temporary place your home. I lived for 2 1/2 years in a rented apartment several years ago after always having a house of my own & I tried to do the same thing. Now I'm happily in a house although smaller but all my own again.
I love smaller!!! I was telling my husband how we always hear that God is preparing a mansion for us but I just want Him building me a little cottage. Haha. Smaller is so much cozier.
Lovely to see you and ur hair will b stunning when it’s grey or white
Oh thank you so much!!! 🥰🥰🥰 It’s a big change but so far I’m pleased. Thanks for watching, my friend.
As always, I really enjoyed your podcast - thank you! Love your hair!
Thank you!! And thank you so much for watching!!! 💕🥰
Love your lifestyle and crafting combination.
Thank you for letting me know. The combination recording is much easier than doing separate recordings. Thanks so much for watching!!
Hi Joyce! Happy to see you again and share a cuppa with you :) I loved your cute loft, Joyce! And all the projects and books your finished - well done! I am trying to stay focused and finish all the things I already started and knit from my stash 😘😘😘
Thank you Jen! You have encouraged me with your kind words. Thanks so much for joining me and sharing my PC on IG as well. ❤️❤️❤️
So happy to see you again in blooming spirit and new hair style, love your new nest!!! Looks like change of scenery brought wave of fresh energy and creativity. Have a wonderful weekend!!!
Thank you for watching!!! And you are right! The change has been good for me. Jump starting me in ways I didn’t know I needed. ❤️
Adorable, Joyce's touch for sure.
🥰❤️
So glad to see you! Love all the home-y decorating , knitting and book recommendations! Enjoy the snow!
Thank you so much for spending your time with me!!! I love decorating and knitting and books and snow…. And. Haha.
Hello Joyce! Thank you so much for mentioning my book...and all your very kind words about my crochet!! So kind of you! I'm so happy you're making a crochet blanket inspired by mine...let me know if you need any help, I can send you extra photos! I made it for my daughter to take with her to uni, she still has it at her house.
Thanks again my crafty friend! Love listening to your podcasts!
Oh Chris, you are most welcome!!! You are an amazing designer. I always love everything you do!!! I’ve since decided to use the blue squares I’ve already made for a pillow. They were too big for the look I wanted for the blanket. Stay tuned… 🤣❤️
I like it all. I enjoy our visits.
Thank you so much, Patsy!!
How lovely to see you again 💖
🥰🥰 Thank you!!!!
Such a cute and cozy space. Great job making it your own.
Thank you!!! I’m really enjoying the process.
I love what you have done to Joyce up the place!! It is clear that I need to incorporate more handmade things in our living space. It just brings a lot of joy. I bet your area will have the very best garage sales in the summer!
Thank you, Tina!! I sure hope there are lots of good yard sales. I love going to them!!! Thanks for watching and we will knit together soon. Somehow. Haha.
Oh thank you! I get so bored of the cookie cutter knitting podcasts with the person sitting in a chair with a boring plain wall! Your podcast is the cherry on top! So much do French of color and pattern!! Such wonderful glimpses into your inspiring life of creativity! Please keep the podcasts coming regular. I am so happy to see you back. I miss the yurt, but really, its not the yurt I miss as much as I miss your vibrant and lovely personality.
God bless you and your husband as this season of life unfolds.
Oh goodness!! Thank you for your encouragement!!! It is easy to get discouraged when my channel doesn’t grow and I don’t get a lot of views. But it’s followers like you that keep me going. Thank you!!!’ 🥰❤️
Loving the Boho style and your creative touches. Sandra@cherryheart also has some great granny square patterns. Love the books. Ann Shayne, I believe is one of the Co-owners of Modern daily Knitting with patterns and kits and yarn that also tempt me all the time. Seeing your granny squares had me grabbing my “A Spicier Life” afghan project from storage. It is somewhat like a crochet sampler with all kinds of stitches. I have recently started reading all of Lauren K. Denton’s books (6) and have read 4 of the 6 so far and loved every one of them. They are charming and lovely and take place mostly in Alabama. Your cozy sweater looks great. I went gray during Covid and have never looked back. It is so much easier. There is a freedom in doing so. Definitely looks like you are making good progress on your WIPS. Take care.
Yes, Ann Shayne is the CO owner of MDK. I’m so glad you picked up an old WIP. Let’s get our blankets finished 💪🏻 I haven’t heard of Lauren K. Denton but I will need to add her to my list. So far I’m loving my gray. Time will tell but I think I will love it. Thank you so much for taking the time to watch and chat with me. ❤️
What a fun episode. I have written down the RUclips channels you mentioned to check out. Love your cozy second home. Wish I were in a cold climate to knit all the things. I do love sweater knitting too!
Hey girl! Thanks for watching!! Sweater knitting is so fun. Well, all knitting is so fun. Haha.
Love what you’ve done with the loft 😍
Thank you!!! ❤️
Girl, I am sitting here just finished watching your great podcast and have the biggest smile on my face. You are Great!!! So Happy on your new adventure. You always do the best in decorating. I seen that cross stitch piece you completed, Great. We are getting ready to head to the mountains and that is my cross stitch time away from the world and I love being disconnected from the world. O.K. hoping I see you real soon in two weeks, I feel like I am sitting with you loving every minute. P.S. Love the beautiful hair, I cannot do it yet ( you are braver than me )
My friend!!! And now I’m smiling. I hope you have a great weekend. Escaping it all. With your cross stitch. And about the hair… it’s a big leap. But we shall see. So far I’m loving it. But I’m not completely white yet either. Haha. Thank you for watching!!! Love you!
Just been watching Joyce and your loft is looking lovely! So many things you have talked about I was nodding in agreement, I feel the same these days about gauge and positive/negative ease.😂 Your book recommendations sound great too, must be the birthday twin thing that makes us alike! I also least like summer of all the seasons. Take care and keep warm.🥰
We are definitely twins at heart, right?? Thank you for your kind words and for watching, Carla!!! 💕
Your hair looks soooo good! You certainly have made the place home. I love your cardigan…it has inspired me to get going on another one. Your glasses….where did you get them? I love those frames. Stay warm…happy knitting!
Kathy you are the sweetest!!! Thank you for your kind words. I ordered the frames from Amazon. I searched progressive readers Oprah style and they popped up. I got three pair for like 25.00. I’m glad I inspired you to knit a cardigan. I want to knit more!!!!!
Hi Joyce, So nice to see you and all your beautiful makes! I love them. You were talking about podcasts - if you haven’t already, you might check out Olde Thyme Knits. All the best! Sheila. PS. I think one of the ladies on the podcast Frivolous & Frugal live in Wisconsin.
Thank you! I will check these PCs out. And thank you for watching!!! ❤️
Whoops. Excuse the French...meant to say imagination of colors and pattern. I haven't had my second cup of coffee yet 😆😅😄
🤣🤣🤣 ☕️☕️
Hi Joyce! I just returned from Florida and watched your podcast! Love all the changes you made in the loft, loved your makes and your hair looks great! Hope you are able to stick with it! So much to say re: swatching etc. I’m with you…. Have swatched to no avail so many times….? Sorry you had to tip back your Sophie scarf but my skein had more than enough.. I dont get it? Would love to chat more. I always have so much I want to chat about after watching you! ❤
Hey friend!! Thanks for all your kind words. Glad you made it back safely. Text anytime. 🥰
