One of my favorite characters. With my brother we used to argue over who would choose him.
I think that General Skarr (although it is believed that he is a retired villain and wants to live in peace) has always been a villain from evil con carne Until Billy and Mandy from what I will say next.
THE HISTORY OF GENERAL SKARR IN THE SAGA GRIM AND EVIL.
EVIL CON CARNE
In Evil Con Carne, General Skarr was under the orders of Hector Con Carne to lead his troops to conquer the world, Hector treated Skarr despicably by making the latter want to kill Hector several times to be the leader of Evil Con Carne and be able to conquer the world, failing several times.
THE GRIM ADVENTURES OF BILLY AND MANDY
After hector sold his island and his army to a cartoon company, General Skarr moved to Endsville to live a new life away from evil, but unfortunately he ended up being Billy's neighbor and the latter always ends up destroying his garden or it makes him angry by making Skarr have delusions of power and destruction and become evil again.
The most curious thing is that in almost all the chapters where General Skarr has more prominence he always does it as the main Antagonist (both in Evil con carne and in Billy and Mandy but in this Billy and Mandy it shows more since in Evil Con Carne he was one of the three main protagonists and in Billy and Mandy is a secondary character)
But in the movie / Spin Off of Billy and Mandy called Underfist he is one of the main protagonists where with irwin, Fredfred burger, Jeff the spider and Hoss try to save Endsville from the attack of evil candies forming the Super team called Underfist, in that moment you could say that Skarr left the villain forever and began to save the world with the rest of the super fist team
I actually liked Evil Con Carne... I wish it lasted longer...
Jack and General Skarr were my favourites. Nergal Jr in the 3rd place I suppose.
