About Married to Medicine:
The women of “Married to Medicine” are back and serving season 10 realness. The ladies are all looking to make a fresh start with new friendship dynamics and putting old rivalries to rest.
Dr. Jackie is busy balancing her businesses and, with a special celebrity patient in their final trimester, she is working hard while also making time for family and friends as the peacemaker in the group.
Dr. Simone and Cecil have put their dreams of being authors on hold and are now looking at the potential of having both of their sons move back home full-time despite Dr. Simone’s desire to maintain her empty-nester status.
Dr. Heavenly is working on her unfiltered demeanor while not being ready for Alaura to be college bound and out of ATL.

I love that Phaedra wants wants best for her sons and allows them to form their own relationship and opinions about Apollo. That requires way more strength than people think when the situation was as sensitive as that.
That's what my mom did with me and my siblings when it came to my dad. Honestly, it's such a healthy and selfless thing to do for your kids and I promise you when they grow up, as me and my siblings did, they recognize the truth more clearly and reasonably rather than emotionally.

Sweet Tea is so very correct. I am 57 and it is enlightening to not be so closed minded to younger individuals. As though, we cannot learn from them. Acceptance comes in all colors, ages, etc... Lateasha is in her mid-30s. Her grandparents would not be in their 40s and 50s. She is certainly not young. When she can't come up with anything else, she thinks that referring to someone's age, especially a woman, will give her an edge.
Which one of those so called doctors said black women make too much noise during childbirth. Considering the deaths of black women are higher than any other race during child birth, this means black women do have more complicated births more often than not (even if mother and baby survives), and child birth is obviously PAINFUL. I would say they are definitely out of touch, as such a comment puts black women at more risk during labor. Their feelings, warnings and requests could be delayed or even ignored completely.

Who does sweet tea think she's marrying a 25 year old man? These are his friends I just cringe when she speaks. I used to feel that way about Toya but she's been good this season so far.

I don't think they are out of touch but these women don't have a friendship with Sweet Tea, she is here because of Dr. G - a man that is closer to their age. They just don't have anything in common with her. Further they are both doctors (OBGYN and Doctor of Dentistry) so they talk about medical stuff while being messy. They don't share any habits so it falls flat when they are together.
