I want it so badly. I swatches it in store with other palettes and it was the only one that excited me. However, the price tag is holding me back. Even at 20%, it's still more than I can spend right now. I may wait until Christmas time in case I receive gift cards.

I'm a new subscriber and have been binge-watching your videos. You're so real and down-to-earth and I like that you don't wear false eyelashes or wear heavy makeup. You're style is a lot like mine so I can relate (and I'm in my early 30's and thought you were too!). I also really like your setup in front of the window. I used to live in Massachusetts and now I'm in Cali but I miss the pretty leaves and snow.

Yes! I knew the beauty creations palette was a close match and was just waiting for a youtuber to compare and prove it! 😉 considering the huda palette is $95 AUD and the tease me is $25 AUD i know which one I'm going to be picking up.

Thank you for doing this, I'm super annoyed as she seems to have ripped off this palette completely. Both palettes need a deep brown though. Seeing them side by side is infuriating!!! Beauty Creations got screwed.

Right?!? First thing that popped in my head when I saw this new palette was Beauty Creations Tease Me palette😒 It really bugs me when they call it a Dupe as if BC copied Huda Beauty🤦🏻♀️
Ucanbe Aromas palette. Dead on dupe w/ smoother glitters, the same granite looking shimmers and pigmented shades which is unbelievable for the price. It's under $9 on eBay or $11-12 on Amazon. I've been wanting the Huda palette for the beautiful pink nudes and was so happy I didn't have to splurge. These are the colors that I wanted from Naked 3, UD Backtalk & Naked Cherry, LORAC Pro 4, etc. (Btw, Jen great swatches)
Thank you soooo much for doing this review! I have the Tease palette as well and love it but when blended onto my lids, the pinkish shades do warm up quite a bit. The Huda palette, while quite similar, reads more cool toned like you said, even when swatched on your arm. Would you say that the colors stay true to how they look in the pan when they are blended out onto your eyes? I have been looking for shadows that will help me create some really pretty feminine looks and I think...unfortunately for my wallet...the Huda palette might just be it ;)

I'm in Connecticut and we are definitely right in the middle of Fall! My husband would trade places with you in a second. He complains about the cool weather and often says we should move to Florida, haha. I like the change of seasons and Fall is probably my favorite, although I don't like the snow once the holidays are over.

Patty Rosales well they usually refer to the cheaper option as the dupe but honestly I call both palettes dupes for each other ya know. I was hoping bad habit would dupe the Huda palette but since beauty creations was the original they may not 😔

I have it and its bomb. Pigmented and blends easily and lasts the whole day. I've have had nothing but good experiences with beauty creations palettes

I thought about that one too but not quite close enough. Naked 3 has quite a few shades this one doesn't have like gray, silver, and even a coppery shade. Some of them might be close but it didn't look like the whole palette. 😊❤️

I really like the look of this palette I don't have a lot of pink colors in my collection because I think they make me look like I have rabbit eyes. IDK why that's what I think of! But it looks so pretty on you I might give it a go.
LOL rabbit eyes!! I know exactly what you mean. 😂😂😂 I'm not always a fan of pinks either but these are all very muted and wearable so I like it a lot so far! :)
Finally a comparison with the venus xl!! Thanks! Which one would you recommend when excluding the glitters? I don't care for those. I want one of these for the neutral, purply, ashy and berry tones but don't know which one to go :(
I was really hoping that someone would talk about a dupe especially the beauty creations one because it was even available before the huda palette came out. I have the beauty creation palette and you do have to work with the mattes a little more but some of shades seem very similar to the original huda palette. Totally love your background and your channel !
lol I came here because I was wondering if getting the huda palette would be pointless since I already have the venues xl one...which I love, but I almost wish it was more muted. I just don't often reach for bright shades...whereas the huda one does seem more "nude". I feel its still too similar to justify getting tho lol *crying*

This is beautiful! I feel like I share some of the favorite shades with you. I loved Give it to me Straight and all the pink/purple/berry hues. This palette has my favorite color choices and the light pink packaging is also breathtaking! But sephora sales just ended for me > < and I also just grabbed Colourpop Disney, Charlotte Tilbury Stars in Your Eyes, Naked Cherry, and 3 Mavie Palettes. This is KILLING ME!

when i first saw the palette, i thought it's so close to the charlotte tilbury limited stars in ur eyes palette and the urban decay naked cherry palette....but no one really talks about the similarities between them on instagram,.. but all three palettes look so gooorgeous and i think im going to get all of them anyway😆😆😆 btw really love ur eyelook and this palette is definitely a must-have😍😍😍

I like them both but this one is more versatile...lots more shades and more textures so you can create a lot more looks with it. The Ciate one has cool packaging but it's expensive for being a 9-pan palette. :)

I am very cool toned and fair, so I am absolutely salivating over this palette 😍, but that price tag is really getting me. 😬
I'm drawn to the pearl/shimmer/glitter shades. It's what makes this palette stand out. That's the pull. Take those colors out, and you get the same matte shades we've seen regurgitated over and over again. Nothing special imo. Would be nice to see the shimmers, etc. sold separately (i.e. singles, quads.)
I've seen these types of pressed pearl eye shadows awhile ago by Vincent Longo. I have one of them with pink, blue and brown with gold/copper pearls but I think it's discontuned. There are a couple colors still sold.

Just wanted to share/pass along a useful tip in regards to the concealer in this palette. Saw it mentioned in a comment and thought it would help those who have this palette. It was mentioned that cutting a piece of shipping tape into a square and placing it on top of the slot helps with shadows not transfer into it. Once placed make sure you make a fold so anytime you do want to use it it will grant you easy access.

I’m racking my brain trying to think of the palette I had that had a clear plastic “door” over the cream product, and I’m pretty sure it was a Bobbi Brown palette. Wish they would’ve considered it with this. I am actually going to pass on this, simply because I have more than enough true nude shades, enough purple for what I wear, and I don’t wear much pink. And I have a TON of cream/stick/liquid shadows for shimmer and adding some fun to my look. It is a beautiful palette, and this was a great video, Jen! 😉
You're right, I remember seeing that palette with the clear door too! It makes so much sense...keep powder out and prevent it from getting dry too quickly. 🙌
Not a fan of the glitters and the somewhat useless concealer(?) so Beauty Creations looks like more of a win from me.

Is that the Alex 9 drawer unit from ikea behind you in white? I thought about getting one but it looks big in the video I dong think it’d fit in my room lol I do own what you have next to it right now though I just need more storage lol
Yes it is the Alex drawer! This is the 10 drawer one but I think they have shorter ones. They aren't that wide (mine is next to a desk so it's hard to see but it pretty much ends right where the screen cuts off. So it's tall but not really that wide. 😊

Aw thanks Heather! It's the annoying new Algorithm that RUclips has...if a video doesn't get a certain number of views and comments within the first hour or two of you posting it, they only show it to a small percentage of your subscribers because they think people aren't that interested. But what they don't take into account is that some people are busy and have lives and don't necessarily watch RUclips every day, especially during the work week. It doesn't mean they aren't interested in the content! It stinks that we are getting punished this way...they should just show our videos to everyone that's subscribed!

I think you are spot-on about how beautiful this palette is for fair skin tones. This kind of color story is definitely my jam too, and I like the uniqueness of having different finishes in the palette. Honestly, I would probably buy it if I didn’t have the Naked 3 palette. I think that one is another palette that gives you a similar vibe, albeit not the same.
I thought Naked 3 might be close too, because it has those rose golds but when I looked at it, there were some browns and grays and it just didn't make sense to swatch them side by side. But there is definitely some similarity, especially with the pinks. :)
It is beautiful - colors are stunning, but that pricetag... 😧 I may check out the Beauty Creations...

I've watched some reviews already, and each one makes me want this palette more and more 😍 This is my perfect colour story. It's actually the first ever Huda palette that I actually want so bad. I will be surely buying it. I'm in love with different finishes. The only thing, I wish the browns could be actual browns ad the rest of lette is actually pretty pink. Nonetheless, it's the most beautiful palette she ever released 😍❤❄
Yes it's a little deceiving because when it's all swatched out, it looks mostly pink/purple/burgundy and you don't notice a lot of brown the way it looks in the pan.

Hack: put a piece of tape, and fold it over to create a tab to lift over the concealer. It will help tremendously.

I’ve noticed when I saw it in person that it’s kinda the same as the kkw cherry blossom palette too. But the huda is prettiest in my opinion.

These shades look beautiful on you. When I first heard that Huda was coming out with a nude palette I was hoping for something more “nude”, and was a bit disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s lovely. Just not for me. Plus I know that I would never use the glitters. The muted formula is something that I was love though. Again, on you...absolutely stunning. The look you’ve created is gorgeous. I love that you’ve included some dupes!

I agree with you, this is such a pretty palette! These are totally the soft, romantic tones/shades I gravitate towards too. I'm going to have to wait to get this because I'm still decluttering my eyeshadows/palettes, but this and the Luna palette are the hardest to resist. the ocd in me is trying to figure out a way to cover that concealer base, lol, without making it look tacky..

I picked this up during Sephora sale because otherwise, the price is crazy. It is a cool neutral lover’s dream, and wonderful if, like me, you suck at eye shadow. I don’t know about her duping a cheaper palette, but my guess is that there is a huge formulation difference. This palette applies beautifully.
Yes, it really does! The others don't compare, formula-wise but that's why they're just color dupes (in case someone wants to get a similar look). :)
