There are options on Amazon. Most railfanners I know have a Bearcat scanner.

@@thelorneparkrailfanner3586 I don't think so. The Amtrak and two eastbound VIAs were delayed.
The woman was struck by a passing GO train at the Long Branch GO station. She was walking along the platform when she was struck by an express train, which was bypassing Long Branch.
