Then, he'd have to deal with Manas Ciel , who can basically replicate all his abilities . Rimuru, then Guy and Milim. Guy has Velzard, but rimuru has veldora, three primordials, kijin like Benimaru and Shion, plus Zegion..
I'd say diablo would be as strong as veldora with his ultimate skill but not as strong as guy as guy is equal or stronger to velzard. Diablo would lose due to less magicules. But if they had almost equal magicules then fight would be 50:50
