Move the cable to an other spot, so it doesnt goes next to the engine.

The under fender that holds a license plate has been taken off, if that was left on you wouldn't have the mud and water flinging up on you, at the end of the video you can see the mounting holes for the fender. It weighs next to nothing so you're not saving weight if that's why you took it off.
You complained about having to change clickers for the suspension to feel better, that's not an issue or a common problem, that's just a typical adjustment, guys even send their suspension off and get them revalved and sprung and don't even complain because sometimes that's what you gotta do, and that's for all bikes.

Tengo una beta 390 y la uso en lugares de mucho calor, nunca me quede sin embrague. Para mi es una gran moto!

You could try wrapping the clutch pipe in aluminium tape, it will act as a heat reflector. I had problems with an old camper van because the fuel would boil in the fuel pipe, the tape fixed the issue.
Having said all that I am surprised that the fluid is boiling in the pipe, it must get a lot hotter when it is used in a brake calliper.

You could try some insulation around the clutch cable.

Beta has a black section to add to your rear fender that extends out and down to limit mud from coming up from behind. This bike doesn’t have that on

Did you try the high temperature motul fluid for the clutch? Maybe larger radiators help with overall cooling also. Thankyou for your honest opinions.

just get a longer clutch cabel and route it another way. And(or) get cabel or hose heat shielding. Any place that sells car parts should have some. That Beta looks amasing. One of the best looking bikes you can get.

About clutch plates. There is on the market a new kit for steel plates and steel tubes. The originals are too weak and worn out so damn quick. Order the new ones from your local dealer and you will have clutch for life.

I think big radiators are a good idea too. Keeping the bike cooler overall helps. I’m going to put big radiators on my big bore Beta.

guys, you argue about the rear - you dont have that problem if you ride with the tail light ^^
with your clutch you should visit your dealer, idk that problem because they redesigned the clutch in 2017, i've got a 2016 bike

Do all 480’s have that reservoir problem? I’d take it back and have them fix it!!! That problem is huge! Man I’m not buying a bike to fix a ton of problems and I’m looking at the 390 right now...

How many hours does this have? How's the engine coping?

You should buy a Yamaha WR 450, there a proper well thought out Enduro bike, wrap around header pipe, nothing stick out, air filter is up near the handlebars, best bikes!
Have a look at the 2024 WR.

All stock tires suck! That's the very first thing that should be changed on a new bike.

  • @ЛетучийГолландец-л5ю

How about reliability and maintenance? How long you go with one piston?

my 2012 beta with almost 200 hours hasn't needed it, and the previous owner wasnt great at cleaning the air filter and probably oil changes.

Buy exhaust wrap and put arround the clutch cable, or put a longer cable and reroute.
