I always thought in “Style” when she says “slick back hair, white t-shirt” she was referring to Harry. That’s like all he used to wear during the time they dated, as well as the fact that Harry references the song in “Two Ghosts”, saying “Same white shirt, (Him) same eyes blue, (Her) same red lips, (Her) couple more tattoos (Him).” That’s just my theory. 🤪💗
I know I am probably reading too much into this but knowing how clever Taylor is with her lyrics and how purposeful she is with her words I deffo feel that when she was with Harry Styles she knew about him being not straight. In Style she compares her male lover to James Dean. If you have ever read up on James Dean you will know that he was famously rumoured to be Bisexual. There are many classic heartthrobs out there that Taylor could have used to compare the male lover to in the song but she specifically chose to use James Dean and I feel it was intentional because of Harry being queer (He's unlabelled but has confirmed he is not straight).

I mean either it was intentional because of what I think or she just needed a famous persons name that rhymed with daydream but we dunno how or when or in what order the lyrics for Style were written. it just seems too much of a coincidence that a song that is only one letter off of Harry's surname mentions a famously rumoured bisexual (it was never confirmed because James Dean died young but many letters were found and friends of his came forward saying James Dean had male lovers) and then years later Harry goes solo and starts embracing his queerness a lot more. It doesn't feel accidental. Taylor is a smart women. she never does things accidentally.
@@lexTS89 Yeah I always liked that. It's one of my faves of his. I like that Two Ghosts is essentially a response song to Style but there is not ill will or bad feeling there. It shows a lot of emotional maturity from the both of them. Also I love that Harry has never once bad mouthed Taylor for writing about him and respects her as a songwriters and had said her music is great.
This is why Taylor is one of the best song writers ever. Her music is so relatable and has healed so many ppl. Will forever support Taylor no matter what:)🩷
