In SBI case one missing factor viz incentive/ disincentive norm is correct. Besides that Govt should bring down its equity to 30% which will liberate decision making from 3 Cs and Finance Ministry. The moment this is done with freedom in recruitment at market rates will see the share fly off and also bring in results in 2 years.
