    How powerful and durable is sujata? can it dry grind ginger and mllets/wheat (in v small quantity like one or two small cups?not on a regular basis but once in a while) trying to not get a dedicated home mill since my requirement is very limited maybe once a month or even less for 1 or sometimes 2 people. Your advice is appreciated 😊

    • @everythingbetter
      @everythingbetter  3 месяца назад

      I haven't tried this. But I don't think Sujatha would be good for that, especially in the long run, blades are likely to get damaged...

      @@everythingbetterthanks for that quick response. Someone in this comment section mentioned they aren't happy with their fry grinding of masalas even turmeric apparently doesn't do well given its a 900 w machine with a high rpm I am baffled can you please clarify? I understand wheat or millets might not be okay but dry ginger is a must for me do you think this isn't durable for that either?

    Hai i m using sujatha mixer and juicier.... since 4 year .... in jucing it is function is amzing i will give 10 for it is jucing ..but cleanings is hevy and it is ok .... but sujath small jar is ok for chutney but it is not goood for dry grinding like you shown as turmeric... i m traying it is not working properly for dry daniya or turamric fine powder.... and wet grinding al so ok and jar qulity is not much goood it is lost wite paint as well we use daily use and wash but it is so good in only juicing

    • @everythingbetter
      @everythingbetter  3 месяца назад +3

      Hi, to grind turmeric, you have to first make it into smaller pieces using a mortar pestle. Shouldnt be long pieces. As for coriander, we have tried powdering it in the multipurpose jar and it has come out well... Agree about the white paint though...
