Thats a great question...once a day the light is at a perfect angle to hit different rocks and they will come out and bask in the sun...we tried to film this but couldn't ever get a good shot of one doing it so the details were cut from the episode...if we can't show something we usually don't make mention of it. but great question!
Anoles are one of my favorite lil lizards. They might be small, but MY goodness, they're HANDSOME, and they're such SWEET lil guys! I had one that LOVED whipped cream! I would put a tiny lil bit on the end of a toothpick and as soon as he saw the toothpick he knew what was coming! He got SO excited, and he licked that toothpick clean! Sweet lil lizards they are, quite friendly as well! ☺
