God can do all things , no one should spread the seeds of doubt. It is your spirit whi is raised in Christ and you will in a glorified body. Your body came from ashes and you will return to ashes.
Our bodies are merely 'life support systems' for our souls to survive/live in a physical world,like a spacesuit.Paul and Peter compared it to 'a tent' that they could go in and out of.''Absent from the body but present with the Lord'."Ashes to ashes" both return the body to dust but fire is much quicker.
Thank you!!! My mom is 82 I live with her. I love her so much! She said she wants to be cremated. But I know it’s because we don’t have money for a cemetery plot. I have been feeling for long time very sad, embarrassed of myself for not being able for when the time comes, provide her with a Christian burial. I was against cremation always. I am 53. But I stared thinking for a while. God has the power to bring us up from ashes.. I still want a place in a cemetery to hold the ashes. I want to visit. 🙏 God bless you all!! 💕
As for me I don't obey the king of destruction and the pagans who invented cremation to try to destroy the resurrection.. and Hitler's cremation furnaces of the infants... And the Hindus cremation funeral fires.. the holy book says and they went so far as to even burnt the bones... And I will obey the holy book to respect the Temple of the holy spirit..
What I think is absolute insanity is an option that is becoming popular. A person doesn't get cremated but actually has their body liquified after the people pay their last respects. I don't know why people would want this to be performed on them.
Truthful answer... No. Why burn what God created.... better to be intact & decompose naturally in the ground than burn to become just ashes. Being buried in the ground means that you still have at least some identity.
there's no hope for those de fixated disciples who were burned to death for their faith I guess...how sad... we are hung up on our flesh I don't feel Good has such a limited way of thinking...I think He is okay with our decision because a glorified body is not flesh, blood and bone... Burial is normal and cremation is a choice but please do not underestimate the power of God to raise and create something out of nothing. For the truly saved, the souls are in their glories with Christ and hence, not a single soul throughout history will be missed out during rapture.

Funeral is fine. But my(living) Kids and grandkids could Use The money after C. Is paid for. Funeral is mostly a RIP off❤
