I don’t hate these. I love these! Beautiful headlights and that raw power from the 996 turbo is a pleasurable experience!
I don't know about the rest of people, but my own opinion: 996 is epic and a beast. Sure, not as valued or loved as the previous or later generations, but to say it's "bad"...nah, I disagree with that.
But maybe I am biased, since the 996 generation is sort of a childhood hero...I was 7-8 years old when it came out, and it was the coolest thing ever to me.
Specially the Turbo, I loved it, including the fact even its taillights were different. It was always my car of choice when playing Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 in the PS2.
I have an x50 manual, with some Cargraphic upgrades, 525hp, it’s an awesome car, one of the best 911 ever to me 😃 nice video!
I push mine like you are...I freakin' love my Porsche 996TT!!! Best Porsche I've ever owned...and I've had several.
I have a manual 2000 Turbo; i have had many other performance machines but the 996 TT is the best, most analogue go kart i ever owned; you have to love the simplicity and raw acceleration though. It’s a hidden gem, buy one now they’re still relatively cheap❤
As a 996 turbo owner myself, you have told no lies. Just a bonkers machine.
porsche do it best, no matter what the age, they realise that the driver wants to know what they’re driving, modern/ old skool no matter what. you know you’re driving a porsche. no matter what.

Performance air filter, exhaust, intercoolers and a tune. It will light up all four tires.
Great video but why oh why do people say the interior "looks a little outdated" ?? It was designed in the early 90's so could be almost 30yrs old !! That's why it looks out dated because it's really old now and Porsche never gave a crap about interiors (until the 997) , look at the 993.

I love the haters. They enabled me to buy one of my dream cars for an insane price.
Nothing wrong with the looks of the 996, only needs nice big and deep rims then the looks really come out.
Just remember that the proper function of the 996 turbo’s all wheel drive system depends upon the front tires being slightly larger in diameter than the rear. Stock, the rears are 25” and the fronts are 25.1” diameters.

The manual box is weak in the 996 turbo and prone to issues, the tiptronic is very robust and with a tcu map its really good, Obviously manual is better feeling box
Hey Aziz - what car do you drive personally? My best guess is a E92 330i or 335i.
