First time I saw TTNG, someone shouted asking them to play Elk, and Hank just flat-out said "No." Coulda ignored him, but he really had to roast him. (The show was one of their first tours in the US, so it was before Tim was bringing multiple guitars for their tunings, so the show was like 30% banter between songs while he changed tunings)
