This teachers me a great deal and it's healing to me as I wasn't taught of my Cherokee heritage I was raised as wyte though I'm not a full blood My father was and mother half Sioux
Thank you thank you for this video series. Language acquisition has been an effective technique so far. This has just really helped me so much. I am actually learning!!! I can't thank you enough
This is a fantastic series. The songs and jokes are an excellent way to make learning easier especially for beginning speakers. I look forward to going through all the videos
Ms Peggy's got my grandmother's accent I understand her easier but yeah. My mother in law was teaching me till she passed. Im so lost without her. And I miss hearing cherokee being spoke n encouraging us all to learn
Still stuck in lessons one through five I don't think I'll ever progress enough to get off these but I'm not giving up in honor of my ancestors and myself
I am curious since the instructor said that Cherokee is descriptive. What would someone from another country like Philippines, Japan, Chinese, or maybe just Asian how are those said in Cherokee? I only ask because I have traveled the world, Asia mostly, and my wife is Asian.
I hope you all keep teaching us Cherokee. Thank you very much!
