@@UpperDarbyDetailing and in the story, they were actually trans galactic. They said andomeda and the other galaxies in the local group. And they could travel those disrances in moments. Using portal technology. Which is definitely type 5 level.

Type 5 would need to bend reality. I prefer halos tier list to karhashev scale. It's more grounded in reality or achievability. So basically , type 2 moving into a type 1 with remnants of a type 3. Basically, it's a young version of the forerunners.
