Grid was the game that first showed me how much fun circuit racing can be (then Assetto Corsa dragged me into sim racing), I really didn't like Grid 2 though :D, Autosport was good but came out right before this generation of consoles...
I played this game when it came out and I wasn’t disappointed in the slightest :). Too bad the studio who made the game got shut down by Disney😢 . One of the best u defeated racing games to date, next to BLUR. Bizzare creations who made BLUR also got shut down by activism on and the really sad part about it is that they were in the process in making BLUR 2 😢😢

I used to play this game in college with my friends and it was an unreal experience. I absolutely loved the game. If only this game had car customization and nos, it would have been my dream racing game.
I remember playing this game. It's one of the hardest game to get a 100% completion that i've ever played. I've managed to complete the game all the way to 100% and it's so satisfying
Nice to see an older game get recognition it deserves. Also the handling on the cars vary, some are really grippy and don’t drift well and some are really good drifters. And finally, drafting is just as good a way to gain power in the game :)
I actually bought it when it was fairly new. The sales person recommend it. It was a pleasant surprise. Hands down, the most underrated racing game. Also, the Elite race's are quite a challenge.
brings back a lot of memories, me and some of my friends bought this on pc and every day we used to do split screen competition on this game, all getting togather and killing each other to win, had a lot of fun playing it
I picked this up when it came out and have more than once. It is such a good game! You could totally do a Let's Play with this. There are more game modes further on in the game that increase the difficulty. Also the faster your car the harder the race is especially versus the elite drivers. It makes more for driver skill and timing. When to drift and when to use the power plays properly. Once you get around episode 4 or 5 the things start to become more challenging, and technical. It does get frustrating too when you get faster cars lol.

Racing with my buds, getting mad af at the rubberband AIs and very small time limit (I always aimed for gold), staying around at the cars selection (the car selection was catchy, hell even the whole ost were badass), the adrenaline rush during Elite Races (the music helps too). Damn, if only the sequel was not canceled..
Hands down one of the most memorable racing games I owned on the X360, shame it didn’t get more recognition than it actually did. Will definitely be keeping an eye out for more of this game on your channel
I keep my ps3 just for this game, so under appreciated, played so much of it i know the tracks off the back of my hand. I was hoping you would find the 3rd route changer on airport terminal. if one day it comes back, ill be one happy boy.
A_Bathing_Adrian Same it was so good and it was damn hard to get Rank 1 in Multiplayer but still managed it (You get a lower rank when you win races so Rank 1 was the best and that system was Great and kept me entertained to be finally rank 1^^)
Split/ Second was one game I had to get shortly after playing the demo. The constant ability to change shortcuts kept the action fresh. I enjoyed the game a lot. I hope there's a remaster for it.

YES! This was and still is a real underrated gem. I think I have played through this game three times already. This game was fun as heck. Especially when playing split screen with my lil bro. Great memories. This really needs a sequel. Yeah brake to drift playstyle but then again, this is pure arcade racing game but it packs some real fun into it. Some cars drift automatically without braking, those cars are even more fun to drive.

I bought Split Second, Prostreet, Undercover, Full-Auto the game, NFS Rivals which I preordered and was massively disappointed, I got all of these games when they came out. I loved full auto cause it was basically split second but with guns on your car and I think there was boost and no break to drift
I definitely played that game when it came out! Loved the look of the cars and always was hunting for that one amazing car. In the end, it gets hard but feels worth it when you beat it all gold. The end credit secret was so hyped that I thought they were going to make a second one, but didn't :/.
You wait til you finish the game where the biggest cliff hanger happens which will never be truly forfilled because the sequel to this gem was cancelled :(
Just a heads up (no spoilers) for later on if this becomes a big Let's Play: - Most of the faster cars can lose grip quicker than you think. It's more of a Steer-To-Drift at that point, and you won't find much traction to pull you out. Be careful of the steering and the accelerator if you want to grip some of these corners and get faster laps. - Rubber banding: Use and abuse, but don't get the short end of the stick by trying to dominate. _ Power Plays: Learn where they are, and time them well.

Unfortunately Disney laid off Blackrock Studios which resulted with the developers canceling Split/Second 2 and Pure 2 which was another cool racing game by Blackrock with ATVs.

Handling is very drift heavy for a lot of the cars, but it fits the game well. This is not a sim racer.
