Hi, congratulations for the channel, always practical and never banal advice. I wanted to ask you something if possible ... I have a t5 and as you know the 24 / 24g Spaco does not bring enough fuel to the tank due to the hole that is too small ... the engine is completely original, with the idle jet set as per the manual 120 / be4 / 114 (I have a sito plus) ... arrived in fourth gear at 7000 rpm in deceleration engine goes "wop wop wop" as if it were too lean ... you accelerate again and make a vacuum and then recover slowly ... what could be? thanks and congratulations again, cheers from Italy!
Hi mr. I have a px200 know (221) with polini 210 cylinder and engine block mildly ported, 60mm bgm crank, and polini boks exhaust, ignition 18°, si 24 carb with air filter hart drilled out, main jet 130. Idle jet stock, i will drill up the carb fuel suply up to 2,5mm Any Tips for the carb jetting? Main and idle? Or any ting else will be appreciated.
I've got a problem when I slowdown and come down to 1st or neutral at lights it cuts out unless I hold the throttle back slightly. I'm guessing this might be idle screw setting or possible idle jet needs a clean. It pulls off fine on start up only when coming to a stop.
Mr Freak, Im running a JL pipe on stock px200e, rebuilt carb with 120 mj and new sip air filter (has holes). Low km 2007 model, would you recommend bolting on a Pinasco 215 kit? Cheers
Polinibox. Be aware of that you have a weak piston. Esp if you have the latest L port pinasco 215, immediately exchange piston (or better whole kit) as the piston will crack for sure. Check my fb page for info and photos why that is guaranteed
no. Absolutely not. Bgm boxes are not the first choice. Thin = loud and manifold too low = striping in right curves. Original engine only manages a BOX never ever a big box, u need a race cyl and on top. Of that a proper fine tuning (cyl timings, intake timing exhaust port) that a big box works.
@@FreakMoPed8 hi, so you are saying stock engine with polini big box is not good? Because I have stock engine spartan 200(with 5m piston size) and wanted to buy polini
Hi mista, if you have the right idlejet, and you hold high speed/RPM and just a little throttle for a long distance, lets say about 2 o more miles. The engine can soft seize either or never can Soft seize when idlejet is the right one?

thx! either too lean idle jet or false air.
also use the mixture screw to set the idle jet, not just jet exchanging ;)
Can E10 petrol damage a carburetor.(30mm PHBH)
If so which components get damaged and how would it effect the scooter .
Cheers.
shouldnt do any harm to a phbh
Thank you

as u have a bgm crank, do not use the bgm fuel tap. Switch to sip v2 tap. 130 mj and 2,7ij is fine (original air filter with holes)
@@FreakMoPed8 thank you, i will try that. Merry Christmas
Same to u!
What exhaust you are using sir??
this one is a polini box

Would also start with a carb cleaning yes 👍
@@FreakMoPed8 gave it a clean the other day and tweaked the idle screw, it seems to be working much better 👍

Any knowledge about jetting a malossi 177 cast iron kit on an Lml w/ Sip road 2 and stock carb?
Thanks
sorry, i only do si24
that jet for px 200 with polini original? px 200 mix..116 max --- put 118?
sthg like that, this one needs a 122 due to a small otuning light
Original was 118, than I put 120..dident try 122. Is 120 to small? Also have px200 with polini box
@@FreakMoPed8 on the original cylinder 200? only original polini? 2 more points?

Number idle jet?
Thats just a small. Otuning light so a standard 2,9
