    I have almost the exact same set up JD 14T baler powered by a 1941 JD B hand start narrow front tractor. I bale around 600 bales a year with that combination.

    Just think back in my dads hay day thats all they had to farm with no cab no air conditioner just u the sun the dust and the heat

    It don't look like it's had many bales run through it. We got one but it's pretty used up. It does about a hundred bales a year for one of our landlords goats

    I didn't know they bailed corn stalks. Stuff is awfully coarse.

      Used for bedding, we tried it a couple times but the mice chewed the heck out of the strings, then it's a real mess. Much better if you could use an old wire baler.

      The John Deere B is about 20 hp for this year model. (1946)

    corn stalks ??? nothing eats them ..and dont use for beading..worthless..

      I've used corn stalks for bedding . And they do mack great bedding but must be dry and chop finer to work best . And I've tried different forms .
