I don't think so you have to edit those bat files. There is a separate flash_all_except_storage.bat file for the dirty flash (i.e. flashing rom without wiping user data) inside all Xiaomi Fastboot rom folders.
I made this video for all devices, except storage option is available only for xiaomi devices
@@SaiPonnamanda So, that means that if I have a bootloop issue with my Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite 5G (model: M2007J17G) where the MI logo keeps restarting from time to time and nothing happens when I reboot normally or through recovery mode or safe mode, etc. I can use the "flash_all_except_storage.bat" file for the "dirty flash" of the probably corrupted ROM without wiping/loosing any personal user data from my phone? This option will basically wipe and reinstall the correct working OS on my phone and just leave the user data folders intact? 🤔🤔🤔 I am confused by some of the steps involved in this process and all the information available on this topic... 😄😎😉

Redmi note 4 . Did all but during flash all it was too short just in fraction of second. That made me question why too fast. Then found problem remote " partition flashing is not allowed"....

@@SaiPonnamanda brother I have done that software is installed that was not installing because of some commands i deleted which you told on your video but I added them then that is installed but after installation complete successfully my device is not opening os it's opening crash dump mode I have installed many times but it only opens crash dump mode and if I lock bootloader after software installation

Hi Sai, I have a mi5 phone and it is bricked same as yours. I have installed all software you recommended in the PC. But the problem is that the phone is not getting connected in cmd mode though the phone is in fastboot mode. Repeatedly trying the command "fastboot devices" but no connection. What I need to do?
The above problem is now solved by updating the android fastboot driver. The phone is now connected in fast boot but double clicking flash all popping up the cmd screen and the same is immediately minimizing. What should be done for this case? need your support.
Put all extracted files on adb folder then try again or flash imgs 1by1

Hello. Thanks for your wonderful tutorial. I want to recover the data from my Xiaomi Mi A1 device. Main jab mere phone ko on kar raha hoon, Mi ki logo halka sa flash karke phone switch off ho ja raha hai. iske baad pc mein phone connect karne se pc ka device manager mein Android device kar ke ek device show hota hai, aur device connect hone ki sound bhi aata hai.

My situation is that: I just can acced to adb in sideload mode (my phone didn't startup and get looped at logo screen for ever... but recently i discover i can acced to recovery mode but not posible wipe cache (probably that be a solution because my error is strange, a service of google failed and then that...) I have about 3 weeks searching information about that and trying to repair it and never can acced at adb in "device" mode to shell and pull for save all my data, that's the case :)

I've got the same issue on Poco F1, stock ROM, stock recovery, locked bootloader. Phone is in a bootloop, the boot animation gets stuck after "MIUI" logo and boots into recovery mode after sometime. DATA IS VERY CRUCIAL. 😩
Not sure if chip-off data recovery is possible. 🤕
