I really agree with what you said about having to force a smile for a while in order to make it a real one. I've had some ups and downs with depression for the past 5 years and just this past year I finally started surrounding myself with more positive things and just put forth an effort to try and be happy. Our minds want to tell us that we need to be "honest" by focusing on the things that are bringing us down, but happiness is also partially a choice. I can definitely say life got a LOT better when I tried to stay in a positive mindset. It's still tough sometimes, but its a great place to start if you're trying to feel happy again.

You should react more to Fit For A King, Wage War, Northlane, Like Moths To Flames, Polaris, Currents, Blessthefall, Annisokay and War Of Ages. Basically more metalcore bands. Also, this is my personal opinion, enough of Avenged Sevenfold. They are a decent band but you could be using your channel to encourage to listen more talented bands that deserve more exposure. 👍

Backbreaker has an epic scream in it by FFAK!! Such an amazing Christian metal-core band! Love it!
