I'm not sure what Source engine this game is on but I know it's still in alpha stage of development. Graphics, texture, effects are usually added later. Gameplay is their focus right now.
Think of this as cake with no icing and other topping yet.

because its still in development. art/textures and sound tends to be finished near the end of the development not before

​@@tamalhorvath3924yeah all textures and shaders are still placeholders. There's Half life and TF2 textures and assets all over the place.. I think once the core game mechanics are refined, they'll start finalizing the assets and shaders
