Already evolved it and Shiny Cetitan is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! it might just be up there as one of the BEST black Shinies next to Greninja, Charizard, Decidueye and EVEN Rayquaza! ✨️🐋❄️ Also is it just me or was Wooloo uncommon on some days of the event? Like sometimes you'd see alot of them and sometimes you'd hardly see any! Unfortunately I didn't get a Shiny Costume Dedenne, Wooloo, or Psyduck, and Sandygast! 👎 But at least The New Years event will be slightly better with Shiny boosted WILD SPAWNS! ✨️🎊🎉🎆🥂

I got the shiny costume wooloo on the last few hours of the event
