My (almost) 4 year old grandson started to play WoWS recently and isn't a bad player at all. He gets cits and pilots his ship just fine. He has almost reached tier III playing co-op battles and contributes to his team! He even conscripts me into reluctantly playing a little WoWS too. After all the times Wargaming has reset/ruined my fleet after I laboriously optimized to my play-style and the game's meta since the CBT and added a ruined the skill tree to the reset, I quit WoWS. Resetting all the captain skills and other gripes aside, it just makes me feel like playing the game seriously is futile. I know what you mean about WG's various grinds, even my grandson was annoyed when he wanted to play torpedo armed ships and I had to explain to him he had to unlock them. He preservered and is thrilled some of his ships can fire torpedoes (he called them "triangles" when he didn't know what they were called. From my experience with Wargaming, I burnout on grinding about tier VII in WoWS and WoT. The XP/Cr required just becomes too much. Since no one plays WoWP it is hard to get any higher than tier V before the number of players available drops too low to get into any battles except at peak hours. Add to that the next tier will not even be all that great until fully upgraded, which at higher tiers means many, many battles in a 3rd rate ship/tank/plane.
4y olds usually dont read chat :D But then again ... i prefer my 7 old to play Nintendo games for now, but mostly I try to encourage outdoor activities.
Luckily my grandson can't read, but he's getting there fast, so salty chat isn't an issue. By the time he can read he'll have been exposed to all sorts of unsavory stuff in school. I'd play outdoors with him, instead of computer games, but my feet are injured so I leave the outdoor running and jumping to his dad.
Looks like he's not playing this game anymore according to Warships.Today, same with iEarlGrey. This happened with The Division, when it became clear the game was going down hill the RUclips community content creators stopped making vids about the game. Hope this isn't a sign that WoWS is dying.
If you move captain skills to Vigilance, where are you taking them from? That's a 3-point skill, and you'd be more than likely affecting your secondaries by doing so. Bismarck's AA array is also considerably better than that of the Tirpitz.
Well I have a 17 point captain and I am only using 14 so it takes just the idle points away from me but I had been considering IFHE. I almost never consider AA in any captain skill choice.
IFHE would be a waste in a BB, wouldn't it? I'm no mathematician, so I tend to believe what I see regarding number crunching with WoWs numbers, at least until someone has a convincing counter-argument; but the current thought is that IFHE only works within certain shell-size ranges, and it would affect your secondaries' fire chances as well, I'd think. Adrenaline Rush might - MIGHT - be a reasonable choice, since it also affects secondaries, but the times I've tried it I find myself almost getting suicidal in order to improve my reload time. While that can fit into the typical Tirpitz gameplay, it's a treacherous road to take. My 17-pt. Bismarck captain uses Preventive Maintenance, Expert Marksman, BFT, Superintendent, AFT and Manual Secondaries. Result is the holy grail 10.6-km secondary range, and while BFT increases reload rate, it could be expendable. But using the rudder shift upgrades can help avoid torps to an extent without sacrificing 3 captain skills to do so. Tirpitz has 16 points (he's been neglected as of late) with 3 unused, and the skills are at present experimental - so I can't really compare with confidence.
For Bismarck / Tirpitz (also Sharnhorst): 1 (double fighter) + 2 (adrenaline rush) + 3 (basic firing training) + 4 (manual secondaries) + 4 (advanced firing training) = 14 points for full secondary build (also use secondary modules). Where you go on from here, its up to you. Personally I will add another 3 for "superintendent" and for the last 2 I am still unsure. Probably for "expert marksman". So if you want to keep the "full sec" build and have "vigilance", then your only option is to drop "superintendent" ... and I dont think its worth it. As for the "target acquisition" module ... I would not take it over concealment on any ship... even BBs.
It’s 2020 and really miss that guy. Though I saw he played some rounds on March 2020 and even joined some clan (but was kicked out cause stopped playing again). I think something happened in his life, it was maybe a sudden thing or so. Cause if it was planned he would make like Farazelleth a vid that he quits the game saying his reasons.
Miss you broski. Sigurth
Hey how's life been? Do you stilI play? I don't have much time for gaming and I'm about to have another kid next month.
@@WastingSomeTimeGaming no barely at all now that I have kids too lol!

Ray Giordano dont want to sound rude or anything, but im sure he would be better off playing with a ball ;)
Too much salt nowadays. Not a good environment for a 4 year old.
