Hello! My husband and I will be in Murrells Inlet the week of March 25th. It’s been close to 20 years since our last visit, and we can’t wait to return. I was so excited to discover your videos!! We’re looking forward to shelling at Huntington Beach State Park. We were amazed at the number of olive shells and sea urchins you were finding on your videos!! Please leave some for us to find!! 😂😂😂. Would you suggest we go near the jetty to find these? Would love to meet you while we’re there! Thank you so much for sharing your shelling videos with us! Melody Martin
You gotta see my next video of Olive shells. Should be uploaded soon. I do recommend Huntington Beach but it can change. Would love to meet you guys. I think one of my future videos will be about finding shark teeth in the area. I mean big ones. Thanks again for watching.. :)
This time of year I found them here and there but not much in the summer. Lots of lives ones too. I did few videos of them a year ago. Check it out. Thanks for watching
Which beach is this? We love shelling and normally stick with Southwest Florida but have been wanting to take a trip to the Carolina’s Thanks so much. Love all the videos.
This beach is north of Charleston and need boat to get to it. Is only open certain time of year and today is the last day till mid September. Most of the Islands in Charleston county are good. Certain type of boat and knowledge of the area required.
Thanks for watching. Shelling is fun and I never get tired of it. Same kind of shells each could have different shape and color. Is a good practice for lower back too :)
Thanks.. This one is in SC and that's what I meant. Carolina beach is beautiful too and I am going there next week either Tuesday or Wednesday.. Ferry ride is my favorite. Thanks for watching :)
Thanks for watching. Few weeks ago they were all over the beaches after that big storm that we got. Have not checked local Myrtle Beach for two weeks. Is miss and hit but for sure you find more during the winter months. That's in my experience. Possibly because there are way more people on the beach in the warmer months. Thanks for watching
Fantastic finds today. History and great shells. Not sure about eating oysters it must be an acquired taste 😂 love the brown pelicans. Have a wonderful day.
@@debzastbury1651 Eating Oysters is not for everybody but once you try a good one then you are hooked. Happened to most of my friends and now they beg me to get them some. :)
Those piles are natural in some areas. Whelks do food on other whelks and shellfish. Horse conch would do that too. Don't forget oyster drill snails too. On some of my videos you will see some of the stuff that I just mentioned. :)
Great horse conchs!
Someday I dont find and other days there are few. I have a friend who goes with me but she never finds them lol.
I saw so many shells that I would have picked up. That's a great beach
Imagine after a big storm..
Beautiful whelks! I’m screaming “pick it up!” 😆
They're really cool to find!
Peter and Lula were the perfect end to a joyful day
Lol.. Thanks..
Cool! Loved your seashell adventure hike along the shore!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Love the videos!! ❤
Thank you very much. Thanks for watching..

Is Carolina Beach good for shells & fossils?
Yes.. is a beautiful place. You find variety of cool small shells. No big ones.
Hard to watch. The speed makes my eyes ache.
U are going to fast it makes me dizzy
I know..I am trying to move slower and learning. Sometimes I get excited :) Will try my best. :)

Obviously something is killing those shell fish for there to be so many shells piled up on the beach like that
