Then had a long stay in hospital and had to make a huge move, so all my sewing stuff had to go. now starting over. problem here (Ontario) I can not find anyone who carries the rulers or cutters. can they be purchased direct from GRACE.
I used to have this issue as well and then I realized I wasn't "unlocking" the blade cover. Make sure that cover is in the correct position before you go to cut. Let us know if this helps!

Did you say the sharpener thats straight will take all blades?
I have 28mm comfort cutter and 3x18 ruler. I can’t get the blade to meet the fabric?
