Hi - I haven't played wrath in a couple months but this was my setup last time I was clearing 25 H ICC before the buff went out! I pretty much just socket full haste and prio haste/spirit gear classic.raider.io/characters/us/whitemane/Adrytl
I tend to play a little more aggressive, with high haste and throwing out extra dmg whenever I can. Most of the time I also don't play with the talents that increase mana efficiency like 'mental agility' (12% reduced mana cost on instants) and 'healing prayers' (20% mana cost for PoM and PoH)
A few things I’d improve.. move your raidframes closer to your character and get EnhancedRaidFrames addon to customise blizz frames for better hot and debuff tracking. It’s also useful to see when your tank has cooldowns up.
How condescending to come to someone else’s video and tell them how they should arrange their interface and what addons to use. I agree with the guy above, who asked?

I would like to see your gear in this fight. Amazing heals, but damn holy priest burns a lot of mana.
