As an Avs fan, Conor McGahey is so cringey and so bad. All that dude does is yell. That doesn’t make a good play-by-play man.
Agreed. Super cringy. I miss the days of Mike Haynes on the radio. I don't mind excitement and some yelling, but with McGahey I get the impression that it's not about the players' performance...it's about how clever he is with his goal calls. I find it annoying.
Considering I don’t listen to the radio broadcast’s, I love the energy he brings when they score. I can see why some may not like that and the same can be said about Ryker on the Altitude broadcasts.
I have to disagree completely. I love his energy that he brings to the table. I also love the energy of the Moser and Ryker on the tv side of things.
