Nice review Greg! I personally use the VALD airbands and love them. inbuilt Doppler but does not re-calibrate once inflated. But they are self-inflating, wireless, and connect to an app. VALD has great customer service too. A mate got one and one broke and they replaced it quite quickly. Kabuki Strength sell a set that is exact same as B Strong (same manufacturer, different branding) at a fraction of the price. I also have a pair of B Strong ones and like them, and use them if someone else is using my Airbands.
Thinking about getting those for the legs, do you have to use the arms and legs at the same time, or can I use just the legs by itself 🤔 Have you seen results and weight loss? Thanks.
happy to watch your video about BFR cuffs. we designed a new BFR cuffs with fuction of measure blood pressure when training. It has a very good market now. Would you like to know more about it?
Hello, I heard you say that Recoverfuns bands fit both arms and legs so you don't need multiple cuffs but on their site it has options for arm and leg cuffs. Did they change that or did you get the arm cuffs and they just fit both on you? Thanks
Have not used them, so cannot speak to them. However, from a google search the bands appear to be a thinner width. So you would take into the considerations we talked in the video about the bstrong bands.

Do you recommend using those smart cuffs that work with electronic pumps which give you digital feedback on the pressure 🤔 Thanks 🙏🏼
