I was really struggling with depression and some suicidal thoughts. It was to the point that whenever you started saying positive affirmations, I’d stop watching the video because I thought I didn’t deserve it. Thankfully, a couple of months ago I finally asked for help, and went through an intensive therapy program, which helped a ton. Now, I don’t feel 100% better, but I am doing a lot better. Thanks for being there even in my darkest moments ❤️
@@marcusappelberg369 I definitely am. I’m also on some medication for it, as well as finally being medicated for ADHD, and it’s seriously been life changing. Before, I would struggle with getting out of bed, but now im consistently able to do what I need to do through the day

You have such a soothing voice that it kept drawing me back to your channel. It's to the point where you're the main ASMR channel I get excited about when there is a new upload. But after opening up like 30 asmr videos at once and playing them at full blast so all my neighbours could hear (I think it made me laugh for 10 minutes straight), I ended up finding one or two people I actually liked. The asmr they did was calming, it helped my anxiety a little like music does so I stuck around and eventually landed here. I appreciate you, you're a lovely lady, and I actually look forward to checking out your new videos.
