Hey what Round 1 are yall at here? You mentioned you were in Oklahoma City yesterday & that's where I live, well I live in Moore actually but I go to our Round 1 at Quail Springs Mall here in Okc. What state are yall from if ya don't mind me asking?
Mike is great! He live streams a couple times per week and he wins an insane amount. He’s also super lucky with the big string cut games. It blows my mind haha

We had the same issue on on the Fall machine once and we just told an employee. He came and tested it and saw it wasn't winnable and gave us the prize. It's always worth telling them :)
Jackpot Mike commented saying they’re supposed to clip the corner of the tag and have it like at an angle. THAT makes sense. That would avoid the double clipping!
Skill fall is 100 percent skill... their not supposed to be double clamped, show the video, get your prize, and make sure the staff moves all the tags. Their supposed to be hung on an angle, so just the tip is in the clamp. Its genuinely one of the easiest games once you figure it out!
@PrizeSnatchers if it's not right make sure to have a kind a d honest talk with the amusements manager. Just need to educate on how to load this game properly. The clips are stronk and won't drop prizes ever and as little as possible needs to be in the clip.
