All the items I used:
Foundation (any kind you have on hand works)
Eye Primer (optional but HELPS)
Pink/Purple Eyeshadow (I used a light and dark shade)
Black/White Eyeshadow (for shading and blending)
Liquid Eyeliner (pencil works too)
False Lashes/Glue
Black Lipstick (or you could use black eyeshadow)
Accessories~
Headband: made by me
Eyeball bow: made by kuma
Earrings, necklace, bracelets: off brand WIG- Gothic Lolita Wigs, I bought it a few years ago so it's no longer available~

The eye makeup and the hair are such a pretty combo black n Lavender are one of my fave color combos I am just starting to love Pastel Goth but my style is a mix of branches at the moment :)

Every single pastel goth tutorial I've seen uses purple. Is there some unspoken rule against every other color?
the main pastel goth colors are pink, purple and black, ive seen some use mint but most stray away from super bold colors like blue or red, its not to say that you cant use these colors, it just depends on the look
it's a more popular color
Pastel green is as common as lavender

Elora Schrader There isn't any unspoken rule about using other pastel colors. Pinks and purples are very popular in the pastel gothic style but you can choose to use other colors. I personally love pinks and purples. A lot of people also use blue.

Omfg!!! I've been looking for a pastel purple and black split wig everywhere!! I only have my blue and black split one from GLW x3 but they seem to never have the wig in stock when I have money.....BTW where did you get your headband and chain link necklace?
