Amenities are ok and offers also good but even 3 bhk is just 999 sqft and carpet area comes around 500 and odd sqft which is very compact so not worth I visited this in a plan to buy after seeing so much of ads but after seeing such a space constraint I felt not to go for it
similar experience for me... but i didn't even visit looking at the actual sizes, for some reason even their other project on OMR is too compact... probably it can be used to create spaces for short term stay .. (if i could manage the property)
