@@trusarmor4957 it’s actually very simple and you can just memorize the shapes in this video and use them whenever you want. Most of them are actually the same! Andre
Great lesson Andre. It's a shame this is topic is pretty much only taught in a jazz context or taught to jazz guitar players so a great many players don't even know of quartal chords or have never used them especially since this is a concept that can be used in many ways in many genres.
Great point! And it’s so simple, yet sounds complex, and it can be used freely along with regular harmony, too. As everything in music, learn it and forget it. It will come up when needed! Andre
Hey can someone give me some advice I’m starting guitar soon and I was wondering if there is any accessories that are important I got a strap and some picks
But jokes aside… get yourself an app with a metronome, or an actual metronome! It’s meant to be a great habit to always use one, not that I’ve managed to follow that advice 😅 haha
@@Nyu.Gxß hi there! Make sure you get a good amp. Not expensive, but good. A small tube combo and some pedals, or if that is not possible a nice amp in a box kind of thing like the Uafx or similar. Too many guitarists miss out on the second half of the guitar equation: the amp.
this is so beyond me soOoo..
i'm gonna like this vid and get back to it in about a yr or 2.
