That red ladder looking wood looks like it could be some of the helter-skelter that blew off north pier. We booked and stayed last night(Monday) as we wanted to see Flux Extended as saw Flux a couple of years ago at winter gardens. We’re very disappointed that the storm destroyed it. But we were pleased a lot of lightpool survived.
Thank you Jane, just catching up to see what damage has been done, what is it like in town?. Blackpool sea front has had it bad, i gyess you know. How are Kevin and your dad.? Take care everyone. 🙏😘
My son has said goodbye to anything ceramic in his garden. We watched your shadow walking ... your leg seems a lot better and the camera steadier, good to see x
Very interesting video Jane. It was nice to finally meet you in St Andrew's Church on Saturday afternoon. I hope your Father is feeling better. Cleveleys have got the lot. The best beach, the best town centre and on Saturday I discovered you got the best Church St Andrew's which is home to the best choir The Capricorn Singers who's musical director Chrissie is in best sea shanty group The Lytham St Anne's Shanty Crew. The acoustics in St Andrew's Church are amazing xxx
When we were in Blackpool a couple weeks ago, I couldn't get up that ramp because there was a big puddle 😆 We got a good collection of driftwood while we were there for my crafting
It's good to see Cleveleys survived the awful wind, think that's two wind storms we have had in the space of three months now?. I will have to go on a little hunt for your signs along the promenade 😅. Hopefully the weather picks back up and we get a few more days worth of sun and blue skies. 🙂
Do you ever look for driftwood for your garden? It makes a nice display. Especially in a seaside garden. I'm glad there wasn't to much damage along the beach.
The Lightpool marquee have been taken down today, a Blackpool Council worker told me it also got flooded around 2am and the light artwork from France have been taken away to be repaired. They are hoping to put the light artwork in the Tower building. I asked him why didn't they take down the marquee yesterday and he said it was two windy. He told me the other Lightpool artworks on the Promenade are ok. I did see 3 guys repairing the jellyfish artwork. Xxx
hi jane its been a bit windy over the weekend. shame about the light pool exabit ion in the marquee. what's this about Tonys bread basket closing stephen walk on the wildside said this on his previouse video
Hi Jane that’s nothing compare to Blackpool talk about devastation the marquee was that damaged half of it got blown away and they had to take the rest of it down
A real storm left Victoria Road strewn with all sorts of household items and storm debris after the sea surged and flooded through peoples houses and garages, now that was a big mess I remember

lol, I asked them to fill it in before I saw it had been :-)
Thanks for that Jane, I was wondering about the storm on the coast, lovely morning too.
You’re welcome 😊 there’s been quite a bit of damage elsewhere - seems we’ve been least affected at Cleveleys
