- Ben Henderson blasts AJ Agazarm off the stage at Polaris Pro 6. This video is made in fun, but there is no denying that Henderson's level change, head position and drive step/through is on point!
I’d never seen a video go into such detail before. The way you broke down the technique was amazing pure bjj genius
Haha, that was the ultimate goal.
We have lift off!
Thanks
Lol
Why the fuck would you roll on an elevated surface
🤣🤣🤣
This ain't sumo
That is actually bad double lag. Especially for Jitc or mma.
No it's not, it works good for mma actually, if your opponent can keep standing you'll still rush him to the cage to be able to work further.
Kid Power to work further what? Get elbowed cose you at stuck in the half way to a takedown, becouse cage is supporting the guy you r trying to out down. All he has to do spread legs a part and push down on you neck and back of the head you could try to ankle pick or single leg.. which is danger of getting mounted or gilliutin. It's a bad takedown attempt end of story. If he ain't down the instant you took that first step for the takedown, you are in shit.
Never seen a takedowns of a cage or something? Especially the guys from AKA will fuck guys up on the wall. It works well because most wrestlers are good on the wall, even if you don't take him down as a wrestler or grappler the main thing is closing you want is to close the distant and keep the clinch/hooks at least.
Kid Power never seen this?

Of course, it's still mma but like I said wall wrestling is still extremely effective. Travis is good but Cain messed him up a lot on the wall.
