- We are sooo excited to share this video with you guys! When we went away on a trip, one of our employees, Rochelle, was tasked with figuring out a storage solution for underneath our TV. Some sort of entertainment unit or credenza that would work visually in the space, but also be practical for storage, wires, etc. That all said, Rochelle really went above and beyond. Not only did she DIY a full credenza by herself, but she also found a fireplace for the office second hand. Watch as Rochelle surprises team TSG with an office upgrade AND a surprise vlog!! I assumed it was because Rochelle had to ask permission to make changes to the office and spend office money so Kelsey and Becky were expecting something to be done they just weren’t sure what, but maybe Rachel was not informed at all so she was 100% surprised with the final look? That was my assumption anyway :)

Is it sad that all I can think about is how good of an employee/team member she is and how I wish I had a Rochelle on my team? Someone who sees a project and takes the initiative to own it without needing hand holding, but also goes beyond the minimum asked (by creating content in this case). And she also has the ability to know when and how to pivot. These are all amazing skills, and they show exactly why she deserves her own segment! Very well deserved, Rochelle.
