BIG- building large scale in clay

Documentary following a group of BFA3 students building large scale sculptures in raw clay. This include also the process of firing, glazing and transporting the works.

I think the weight of the clay is a big reason for the cracks on the lower parts.

It was a beautifully large statement. I would have fired portions of uniquely shaped smaller pieces.
