    I used to eat Chia seeds but for the last few months my Pastors told me to take 1 tablespoon twice a day of hemp seeds which make me stronger

    Chia and flax seeds need to be processed in a blender, as they are hard coated. Hard to get benefits when they just pass through the gut.
