Exhilarating first round. Glad you ended up winning the series even if Lavine was unstoppable lmao. That's nuts how he dropped 57 in G1. Excited for the matchup against the Bucks. Should be another entertaining series. I actually don't mind you playing G1 and then simcasting the rest and hopping in when it's close. Thought it worked well in round 1 especially with the storyline of trying to contain Lavine and make other players step up. At least we get extra gameplay and for the postseason I'm all for that. Lastly, I really would have considered overriding MIP and giving it to Miles Bridges. He totally deserved it over Pat Williams. Bridges improved in pretty much every stat from last year (especially in scoring and 3pt shooting %) and was a key contributer to the Hornets 50 win season. Would have been dope to have that be one of the season accomplishments. Sucks that 2K couldn't realize it even though it was the obvious choice.
Yo Matt when u get in the post trying to get a bucket over a smaller guy, use a drop step it will almost always get u 2 points if it’s a smaller defender
Maybe in the offseason look at a backup pg like dante exum who's only role really would be a playmaker. He could be like Ricky Rubio on the cavs but is younger and wouldn't regress like rubio. He's also a good insurance option if LaMelo gets hurt. Mostly would need him as a playmaker tho cause rozier and bouknight aren't great in that aspect.
16:33 I don't know if I'm the only one who has this problem, but, on 2K22, except for very rare occasions, I can only manage to hit a three pointer if it is a perfect release. I don't know what the development team did to shooting this year, but, imo, it's way too nerfed. It's almost like it punishes you if you don't get a perfect release, and, with the shot meter this year, it's more difficult than in recent years. It's still a better game than something like Madden, but it's still very annoying, and something I might take up with the development team if it continues to frustrate me like it has
You should limit how many games you can play/hop into. I think it is kind of unfair for you to play the close games because even tho you lost game 6, you are clearly better than the cpu even on HOF and it makes it unrealistic for you to always win the close games
