Commenting about gameplay first, on each level up, aiming for the skills (the ones that have a star icon below their own icon) is never a bad option. They usually are what make each character even more unique, and they are more often than not, powerful. You would have been more powerful if you picked the remaining skill on your level ups. (Skills max out at level 3, and there are 3 of them for each character.) Other than that, good job on completing the stage and checking the shop. What surprises me is that Sora hasn't been able to perform on Yokohama Arena yet. Given hololive's current popularity (although in Japan, Nijisanji is usually more known than hololive) and current music achievements, it wouldn't be an outlandish thing to do. I don't know if you check any of the girl's original songs during your research, but I can say Sora's vocal range is something impressive. She can reach Vocaloid levels of high pitch (demonstrated on her "Alien Alien" cover song). And this is because of her training. She can sing opera, and it is known that she has gone under classical music vocal training. In my opinion, she has enough stage presence to be alone in the stage and not make it feel empty.
They're probably still figuring out what they're gonna do for the Yokohama Arena performance. It's gonna be the most important performance of her life when she gets there. It has to be perfect.

I am late again. Now, it looks like other people already said what I want to say. I don't know much about Sora either, so I can't provide more information about her background. However, I will try to cover her as much as I could. About her story -She got a few nicknames from her fanbase like 'Soda-chan' or 'Sofa-chan' or 'Sora-saurus'. How her nickname came to be is unknown for me. Unfortunately this aspect of her did not get reference in this game. However, in Idol Showdown, this get reference in the form of her attack. She can transform into soda can and roll over for an attack. -Her skill "You're the enemy, then" is a quote from her minecraft roleplay. Some of hololive girls want to rebel against Hololive in minecraft server and establish themselves as Hololive Resistance. Then when the leader of the group (Minato Aqua) confronts Sora, She just said the quote the Aqua making her tremble in fear and disbanding their group. -Like everyone said, her story is very inspiring. If I remember it correctly, she said that, at the very start, she doesn't know much about streaming, recording and vtubing technology. Her friend "A chan" help her on that side despite not being the member of Hololive. It is without a doubt that without A chan, there would not be Tokino Sora today. About her gameplay -You probably thought Idol Healing skill is a demerit. It is actually the main skill that made her top tier. The skill "Heal" (deal damage) to everyone surrounding you when you heals. Healing is already good, it prevents you from dying. Healing that deal damage is a step above that. -Ankimo is, like other pet skills, can collect EXP for you. However, I find that Ankimo is worse than other pets when it comes to just collecting EXP. This is because it also lures enemy away from you. This just makes Ankimo not moving in a circle around you. -You're The Enemy, Then works just like Gura's Shark Bite skill. Both lower enemy defense and has a small chance of to heal when defeat the one with debuffs. However, "YTET" only has one stack meaning that you don't need high hit rate to trigger this skill multiple times. The downside is that you can only debuff 13 targets at a time. If you want to know more about her. I recommend you to check "Sora receives a heartwarming message from A-chan" and Kiara's Holotalk with Tokino Sora. Kiara Holotalk is a stream, so if you don't have time you can watch clips from that stream instead.
Even if you've become aware by now, it is still worth saying just how much BOTH Siro and Sora changed what V-tubing is. Back in the Kizuna Ai days, Vtubers, especially Japanese ones, mainly made pre produced video content. It worked for Ai-chan after all, don't fix what isn't broken. But Siro was the first of "Ai's Shitennou" to move to primarily stream content. And what was lost in the Google and Nico algorithms, was gained back in dedicated supporters. Soon enough, more large Vtubers like Hinata made the switch, and this inspired a whole new crop of streaming talent. Like Sora, Mito, Tamaki, Mousey...the ones who built the landscape Vtubing is today. And Sora herself. It may seem reductive to say she's responsible for the idol flavoring that Vtubing as a whole is branded with today, but it's largely the truth. Sure, performers like HimeHina were also around, but Sora had something else. Specifically, Sora's music made _mad bank_ and everyone wanted to get in on that. A lot of this, though, was on the genius of A-chan. Just being a singing streamer wasn't going to make her friend an idol, so she aggressively took marketing and production opportunities where she could. On the back of corporate partnerships, merchandise, music sales, and concerts, as well as three concurrent TV deals, Sora set the example that Holo would follow through their explosion, reverberating into Vtubing as a whole. And the best part? While everyone else was rolling in 2020 Google money, Sora left her YT channel unmonetized and had only a simple membership on Nico. If you wanted to support her then, it had to be through her idol stuff. *And it worked.*
I'm glad that Siro is still going strong. Ever since I learned Sora's story and how important Siro was, I've been checking in on her every once in a while! A-chan is a GENIUS, by the way. Her marketing and decision making ended up being some of the most lucrative moves ever made in Hololive, it seems. The way I see things, maybe INNK Music wouldn't have liquidated if A-chan had more say! I really hope Sora makes it to Yokohama Arena, soon. She's MORE than qualified!
9:32 I mean, a lot of fans dont speak any Japanese. Either they have learned how some words sound from watching Japanese media, or they are just there to vibe with whats happening on screen. Maybe rely on some fan that actually speaks the language and has the good will to try and translate what its being said. But a lot of the time, people will watch a stream even if they understand little to nothing. Also, it helps that the girls have been trying to learn some english the last couple of years.
19:45 As far as I know, Sora still keeps in contact with most of the 13, if not all of them.
