    I love this. I love that you shared this with us. I love that you trusted us enough to share this with us. Yes, I have had similar experiences. More so when I was younger, for whatever reason. I probably stopped doing this regularly sometime in my 20s. (I'm in my early-40s now.) I never thought of it as astral travel or spirit flight, but of course it is. My experiences were also never transactional, they were either to rest, to vibe, to observe, or to learn.

    Thank you so much for this sharing. I really loved this video You helped consolidate my thoughts in this astral projection. We need to all feel we can do it in our own way for our practices. Love your channel - thank you so much for being honest and free to share your inner realm.

    I am only halfway through this video. I watched it when I couldn't sleep overnight and started it again on my lunch break. I had no idea that this was a thing that had names. I fall asleep every night visiting a little house (that I think is in the Pacific Northwest) where my spirit guides (and my husband and my deceased best friend and my cat and my future self) all live. I have had some of the most powerful spiritual experiences here. And I drive in my grandfather's old truck to get there. And there is always a basket of grapefruit and lavender sitting outside the door. Sigh.
    Thank you for sharing and for somehow legitimizing this practice of mine that didn't need legitimizing. Love you, friend.

      It's a pleasure to be able to share, and hearing the similar yet unique experiences really reminds me that even if I feel weirdly alone in somthing, so many more people relate to those feelings than I could ever know. Love you SO much! xx

    this was a super cool video. thank you for giving us this view into your personal practice. Im not sure if ive ever astral traveled…i’ve definitely had some intense out of body experiences during meditation but like you said no description of what other people do has ever matched up with that feeling so i wouldnt even know what to call it. thank you again for sharing!!

    I’m so glad you decided to share your experiences openly. I use meditation, somatic practices (kundalini inspired postures), and dance to astral travel. I recently went to Sirius (one of Hekate’s preferred stars). It was very healing.

      Sirius sounds like a remarkable place, I can only imagine the beauty. Dance as a vehicle for transport is somthing I'd love to try and work in to what I do. Really get the body involved, it has a habit of getting left out somtimes. Thank you for the inspiration! xx

    Thea I loved this! I was listening to you speak in detail of where you go and the details of your house etc. I am a very visual person so I enjoyed “imagining” this place of “yours” on the hill. So cool 😎
    I sometimes “go” to a forest that is mainly lined with pine trees. I don’t think it is in my country. It is always night time and a full moon and I just run and jump. When I jump I’m soaring through the air. Then land and then jump again. I’m going super fast 💨 and is super relaxing.
    That’s my little experience that is so vivid and I absolutely love it when I go.

    This is a great subject. I am older in my 60s and I have been doing this kind of thing decades and decades. I did not know what it was called for a long time. It was just a thing I did.
    Around the age of 25 or so I decided to follow Dion Fortune's ideas she put into her novel Moon Magic. It isn't great literature but she wrote it to be an initiation of sorts and for me it worked what it needed to go on me. After visiting her temples as described in that book as well as some places associated with in her lifetime, I realized I needed a place of my own and it was shaped by real world places I have been and not something shared with others.
    I have two main places I go. One exists in the real world and I have been there. But I go to a past incarnation of the place. It is a more traditional ceremonial astral temple.
    The other is a area of woods that I visited as a child after my dad died and I would go there when I need to get away from my home life. That is the place I still go to most often.
    It is wonderful to hear you speak on this. I hope you speak on it again sometime :)

      I will definitely expand on it again if things start to change in any way! Thanks so much for being here and I loved reading about your experience too! The temple sounds incredible! xx

    I've lucid dream my whole life. I can pick up where I left off. I think there is no wrong or right way to get from point A to B. I've live many lives in my imagination :) out of all my dream experiences I've only had one bad one. Which I managed to get out of lol I dream no matter what. I think if I stopped dreaming I would worry something's wrong

      @@GardenGoddessTarotlook it up, it’s a lovely, tiny island off the coast of Sicily. They don’t speak Greek there, but the description matches pretty closely ❤

    I’m very fascinated by spirit flight it’s interesting because since I was a child I always end up usually without purposely trying to travel at a particular tree by a lake and the area is familiar with flight over cornfields and homes that I’ve seen many times it’s safe I suppose maybe that’s my entry point love hearing your experiences thank you 🙏

      And one other place it’s a similar to a restaurant and that’s also on the water I’ve grown up around the water my whole life so maybe that’s why but inside are all the people I’ve lost over the last 40 years I interact with with some of them but others are like there with each other like family dinners even the pets are there hope some of this makes sense wanted to share a bit if my experiences

    super interesting! can i ask, if you don't mind sharing, where's sagittarius in your birthchart (which house) and do you have planets there? muah! p.s. and jupiter? and neptune?? :D

    • @GardenGoddessTarot
      @GardenGoddessTarot  3 месяца назад +1

      Yeah of course, Sagg is actually my 1st house (Rising sign) and that house is a bit full of outer planets (Saturn, Uranus and Neptune) Neptune is technically under Capricorn though as I don't use a whole sign chart. Jupiter is in Gemini, 8th house. **waggles eyebrows suggestively**

    • @giginilsson
      @giginilsson 3 месяца назад

      @@GardenGoddessTarot so you're basically saying that your neptune is in sag in the 12th house in the house system you use, while your 12th house ruler saturn (whole sign or not) is in sag in your first? well interesting :) :) :) also love that your jupiter is mercury ruled in the 8th, so you :) :P
