Just made me like Usyk even more. What a humble, genuinely nice man he is. Really professional and always great sportsmanship from him. I like AJ but he has always seemed a little fake, he overthinks and tries to present himself in a certain way. His biggest opponent is himself, he needs to get over his fear of being hit, fear of losing, and his doubt in himself, he would never admit it but it's obvious he doubts himself all the time. He should have won that fight on paper due to his size and power, but he was doubting himself again, scared to let his hands go.

On paper he should have won the fight, how? On paper Usyk was always a better boxer. Silky smooth southpaw, master technician who outboxed AJ. Speed kills and AJ is a one trick pony. He's got his right hand, and then he's got the right hand only which he tried to use, but he is too slow for Usyk. The question you should be asking is who stole the last 6 seconds of the fight, if it weren't for that AJ would have gone down.

While taking the belts and throwing them out of the ring was absolutely terrible, that wasn’t the worst part.
It was when he went back in the ring and took the flag off of Usyk and put it on himself while he soapboxed for the next few minutes.
At the moment he decided to enter back in the ring, he made an extremely important moment for Ukraine, and the world, about him. AJ took the colors that Usyk has risked his life for, placed them on his shoulders, and completely tarnished a moment that will Usyk can never get back.
I don’t know what snapped in AJ’s mind or why, but this was an absolutely terrible moment for boxing. Usyk showed the world true humility and kindness in the face of this. He truly is the “white rabbit” he described himself as.

Usyk is a great champ, he understands how his opponent must feel after such a fight and has empathy, he is always humble, always under control of himself. This is the difference to Joshua, he knows how to behave but cannot control his emotions all the time.

    • @LastBruhStanding

He knows how to behave ? He threw the damn belts out of the ring. He doesn't know anything. He lost to Usyk twice. He doesn't deserve another fight. He wore the man's national flag. Don't make excuses for a clown's behavior because it's a professional sport, not a circus.

Usyk was a class act as usual, but AJ's true self came out, especially when he shouted out his little postcode gang: "G14 stand up". the man wants to act tough, but isnt really when it comes to the elite level. Nobody seems to be acknowledging the way AJ marched back across the ring immediately after dropping the belts, and purposefully brushed his shoulder past the older guy from Usyk's corner. Then started kicking-off at him. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. It's clear he was having some kind of a breakdown, and thankfully his team restrained him enough for him to only humiliate himself with his speech.
