    During the TRX Curls, all I could hear was my physiotherapist jokingly yelling at me to stop curling my wrist haha. We had developed a patient/physiotherapist friend/work relationship, so the joke yelling was always a good laugh. I honestly never knew I was curling my wrists haha. No criticism; just a funny anecdote! :) Those chin ups, though? Daaaamn. Good job!

      That's definitely something I need to work on, haha. For some reason, I automatically curl my wrists when doing bicep curls and dumbbell rows and I'm trying really hard to break the habit. That's funny that your physiotherapist would say that though!
