I have not tried the Oud Stars fragrances that you have reviewed. I own Fars and Indochine. Indochine starts with a bit of funk on my skin and dries down to something fruity and musky, with just a touch of that funk remaining to make it more interesting. I get a lot of geranium and ambergris in Fars with a beautiful lavender and some sandalwood. There are other notes in both of these fragrances, but the ones I mentioned are the strongest ones to me. They both get really good longevity and projection on my skin and they are both amongst my favorites.
Great review as always. I will stop by The Scent Room today to see if they have this one in-house. I'm just now getting my foot in the door with Oud fragrances...the ouds you like are on the far end of the spectrum. I need beginner ouds, so I will definitely try this out.
