      @@supwill this tutorial does an excellent job of showing the movement and momentum of the flare, but the exercises he shows are movement specific. He doesnt show any cool, strengthening drills or patterns like the types you show in the airflare training compilation, such as the move where you have hips on the wall or mirror and shift under from one hand to the other, or even the drill where you get into a sort of downward facing dog pose and then swing the leg to the side for a few repetitions.
