Eggscellent made what any other form of media has failed to do...
Challenge Shrek 2 as the best use of "I need a hero".
It did not win that fight however, as Shrek 2 will always prevail, but damn Regular Show tried, and outdid most of other uses of the song to be on that playing field
"Eggscellent" is so iconic. The Emmy was very deserved.
There's just something about food focused episodes of any show that hit differently.

Ok, Jon was actually an idiot. Imagine spending all that time to beat the Eggscellent Challenge and somehow forgetting what the hat looked like 😅. The man picked a crown 👑 of all things! 🤦♂️

Jonathan Kimble probably got so into figuring it out, he forgot what it looked like.
Which is why Mordecai had the advantage of learning from his strategy guide.
He wasn’t an idiot. He wanted the crown to prove he was the best. Even if he did die for it. He got the challenge done.

Ok, funny story about the power glove. When I was a sophomore in high school, the seniors dressed up for their last week of school and one of the days was 80s day.
For gym class and guy brought in the power glove and used it to drop 10 3-pointers in a game of basketball. We lost our minds.
To top it all of, our teacher literally said, “If only I knew of this power before.”
That so sounds….. too much of an advert to bring them back

imo benson wasn't THAT wrong in the eggsellent episode... rigby's own idiocy got him into that when he foolishly ate something he KNEW he was allergic to. now, benson shouldn't have said that but rigby's also made benson's life awful willingly like in the fortune cookie episode.. i can't hate benson for this episode lol
Tbf I can see what benson is saying and he isn't wrong at all, it's just a wrong place wrong time scenario.
Rigby is literally dying and everyone is surrounding him and worried for his sake, that's not a time to be pretentious and have an I told you so moment, have some care for your friend first

I love this season so much! I used to rewatch these 4 episodes all the time with "Xfinity On-Demand" back in the early 2010s. These reactions take be back, and this show holds a special place in my heart!
I used to own this whole season and for a whole summer I watched this season tons of times
"Crumble biscuits" and "Mix into water". So they _are_ Popeye's biscuits. The only way you can physically consume those is with a beverage.
"Bottomless Muffin Tops" is also a pun. If it's just the tops, they don't have bottoms. They're literally bottomless.
If it was Popeye's, the water would just become cement

The eggsellent challenge is definitely harder than it sounds lol. It doesn’t seem like much, but look up videos of people trying to complete it… unless you competitively eat food like that regularly, I don’t think you’d be able to complete it lol

An animated story that definitely won't disappoint you, is Troll hunters: tales of arcadia! Vastly underrated show created by Guillermo del Toro!!! Need I say more. It has every thing more people need to show this series some love.
Hope you see Guardians vol. 3 because when I first saw rocket almost died. That scene reminded of Rigby in a coma. And that scene made super sad as a kid back in the 2012s.
