It is roughly 2-3 inches higher then a normal hatch or wagon it is nothing... and with all those vans and big 4x4 on the road your vision ahead is always blocked so it is still useless (in my opinion) aat the same time the running costs are bigger, the purchase prices are bigger and definitely SUV is not so pleasant to drive as normal car...
DoubleTap DMR In most cases the suspension is the same as for the hatch on which the SUV and especially crossovers are based - it is not stronger. If you mean as ride high - if the hatch 5-5 inches of ground clearance is not enough to "tackle the potholes" you have way more serious problem then the lacking this 1 additional inch that SUV has :)
I love it, it drives great. It has something a lit of cars lack.... fun. It’s good for senior citizens too.
