He was able to get away that Friday night and was at another Hotel a few blocks down sunset Blvd, Sunday was the day they figured out where he was at. Anaheim Penguins City Rifa killed 3 police officers in the 1970's (officer Gary Nelson) & more in the 1980's (officers Mike Libolt, and Officer-James Ketchum) , and they almost killed 2 more.
about four Penguins City gangsters shot the the chopper at the same time disabling the chopper and shot the 2 officers inside while the chopper was in the air above the intersection of Harbor Blvd & Broadway in Anaheim.
One officer (Officer Nelson) died in the chopper while his co-pilot officer was wounded from bullets and made an emergency chopper crash landing at the intersection of Harbor Blvd & Broadway in Anaheim.
The Anaheim Police sergeant & police chief were fearful that more officers would be killed so they refused to search for the Penguins City gangsters and the Anaheim police canceled their operation, had the chopper towed away and took their dead officer & other wounded officer in ambulance.
since the police refused to look for the shooting suspects, the police later fabricated a store that Officer Nelson "died in an accident helicopter crash" in the isolated mountains in the city of Idyllwild (near Palm Springs), which is 70 miles away from where he had been killed in Anaheim.
in the 1980's officers Mike Libolt, and Officer-James Ketchum were killed in during a car chase by Penguins City gangster-Vincent William Acosta, whom was arrested & sentenced to 45 yrs to life.

After Vincent Acosta had those 2 officers killed, Anaheim city officials got mad at Penguins City and demolished and tore down Acosta's old varrio house that was in the corner of Elm st. & Helena st., and then tore down about 80 % of the varrio in the years 1989 & 1990 to build new gray-colored apartments on Elm st. & Clementine st.,, and a couple of pink colored apartments on Elm st & Helena, because city officials wanted to break down the "curse of Penguins City killing cops", because Penguins City had been labeled by local law enforcement. as "cop killers".

I highly doubt he’s some kind of informant or cop… from what I’ve looked up you can request under freedom of information, but to have all this info ? Like what the suspects and victims are saying to each other or how a shootout started ?
